Dear Home Tour Supporters,
Out of concern for the health and safety of homeowners, volunteers and attendees in the uncertain COVID-19 pandemic environment, the SML Charity Home Tour Board of Directors has decided to postpone its 30th Anniversary Tour, scheduled for this Columbus Day weekend, until October of 2021.
We understand that this is a difficult time in our community, and we are making every effort to provide our eight charities with some level of financial distribution this year. These charities need help now more than ever and our hope is that many residents and visitors who have enjoyed the Tour in the past will contribute this year.
We are already hearing of loyal Tour-goers who plan to contribute the cost of their tickets as a gesture of support. We are also continuing to contact potential sponsors in hopes they’ll join that group.
Those who wish to help bolster the Tour’s 2020 funds distribution to participating charities can do so by clicking the DONATE button above, or send a check to SMLCHT, P.O. Box 416, Moneta, VA 24121.
